Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust - pay terms and conditions

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to negotiate with the RCN and other trade unions represented at the Trust local changes to some pay terms and conditions that are subject to pre-existing national agreements in the Agenda for Change system.

The RCN has informed the Trust that, whilst it is willing to continue negotiating on elements of pay terms and conditions that have always been subject to local agreement, it is not prepared to enter into negotiations on nationally-agreed terms and conditions.

The RCN has produced a briefing document for members employed by the Trust to explain the proposals and the position that the RCN has taken in response. Read the briefing document (PDF 77KB) [See how to access PDF files].

If you wish to give the RCN your views, you can do so by emailing: eastmidlands.region@rcn.org.uk.

If you have any other concerns or queries about your employment, please contact RCN Direct on 0345 772 6100.
