Directions:

Travelling northbound on the motorway:

Exit at Junction 30
On slip road get in lane marked Sowton/Services
Take second exit at roundabout
At next roundabout take second exit
At second set of traffic lights turn left into Kestrel Way
At mini-roundable turn right onto Bittern Road
Take second right signposted Capital Court (opposite Bookers Cash and Carry on left)
Take second right into Capital Court 2, 3 and 4
The RCN is the second building on the left hand side. We are on the first floor

Travelling southbound on the M5 motorway:

Exit at Junction 29
Keep in middle lane at traffic lights heading towards Exeter
Follow signs to Sowton Industrial Estate
Keep in left lane and take first exit off roundabout onto Moor Lane
Continue along Moor Lane for about 300 yards (through one set of traffic lights)
At second set of traffic lights turn right onto Kestrel Way (‘Jewsons’ store on corner)
At mini-roundable turn right onto Bittern Road
Take second right signposted Capital Court (opposite Bookers Cash and Carry on left)
Take second right into Capital Court 2, 3 and 4

Travelling on the A30 from Honiton:

Follow signs to Sowton Industrial Estate
Keep in left lane and take slip road off roundabout at first exit of roundabout onto Moor Lane
Continue along Moor Lane for about 300 yards (through one set of traffic lights)

When approaching from the city:

Take the Honiton Road (A3015) and shortly after passing the Met. Office on your left and a Ford garage on your right, you will come to Moor Lane roundabout
Take the third exit onto Moor Lane
Continue along Moor Lane for about 300 yards (through one set of traffic lights)
At second set of traffic lights turn right onto Kestrel Way (‘Jewsons’ store on corner)

By Bus

The PR2 Stagecoach Park and Ride service from Exeter City centre, Paris Street, runs every 12 minutes and takes you directly to the Honiton Road Park and Ride Car Park at the rear of Great Moor House. Walk along the footpath to the right of Great Moor House, cross over the road at the front and walk into Capital Court.

The H1 Stagecoach service from Exeter City centre Central Train Station, Queen Street, High St and Sidwell Street. Get off at the Barn Owl pub, cross the road into the Honiton Road Park and Ride site and follow the directions as above.

The 56 Stagecoach service from St Davids Railway Station via the Bus Station to Honiton Road operates every hour. Get off at the Barn Owl Pub, cross the road into the Honiton Road Park and Ride and follow directions as above.

The SR4 Sowton service operated by Cooks Coaches from Exeter City Centre, Paris Street. Ask for the Avocet Road stop - cross the main road (Moor Lane), turn left and walk along until you reach an exit to the right which leads to Great Moor House, Capital Court is situated second on the left. Please note that this bus only operates early morning until 9.30am and late afternoon from 4pm.
