* On 13 November 2012 the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch NHS Foundation Trust announced that their trust board had decided to withdraw the trust from the South West pay terms and conditions consortium because they did not feel that it served the best interests of their staff or patients.

** On 4 March 2013 Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust announced that their trust board had decided to formally withdraw from the South West pay terms and conditions consortium.

*** On 21 March the trust boards of Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Dorset County Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust announced that they would have no part in any future work of the South West pay terms and conditions consortium.

**** On 22 March Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust emailed staff with a commitment that they would not participate in any further work of the pay cartel.

***** On 28 March Devon Partnership NHS Trust and University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust confirmed their commitment to the national agreement and partnership working. They also stated that they would not engage in any further work of the pay cartel.

****** On 4 April Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Trust announced that they would have no part in any future work of the South West pay terms and conditions consortium, and confirmed their commitment to nationally negotiated terms and conditions for staff.
