Diversity Committee appointments
The results of the appointments process for the new Diversity Committe have now been announced. The members of the committee are:

This sub-committee of RCN Council will be instrumental in mainstreaming diversity practice across the RCN and ensuring the RCN achieves its goal to be a world-class champion of diversity, equality and human rights in the health and social care sector. The group's key priorities are to:
- identify and mainstream excellence in diversity practice across the RCN
- ensure that the RCN delivers on its diversity commitments
- raise awareness of the broader equality, diversity and human rights agenda and its impact on nurses and nursing
- find innovative ways to tackle bullying and harassment.
