About us

The RCN in Northern Ireland represents nurses and nursing, promotes excellence in practice and shapes health and social care policy.
RCN activists and officers provide employment relations advice to RCN members across Northern Ireland. We also have a range of professional networks, through which you can share information within your field of practice and influence nursing policy locally, regionally and nationally.
If you are an RCN student member, you may be interested in finding out more about the work of our student information officers, who offer help and study advice, and about the conferences and events that we offer our students. Local RCN branches hold regular meetings and events to promote nursing issues in Northern Ireland.
In this section, you'll find contact details of RCN staff, Northern Ireland Board Members and RCN Council representatives, along with details of branches and networks.
