Chris is currently the full-time paid Lead RCN Steward for Swansea within the Abertawe Bromorgannwg University Health Board, representing members in all aspects of their employment. She has been nursing since 1983.

Her background is largely community nursing, but Chris's main areas of interest and expertise are now terms and conditions of employment for staff, in particular members of the nursing team.

Chris has been an RCN member for 28 years.
