David has been an RCN member for almost 30 years, and was the inaugural recipient of the RCN’s Award of Merit.
He works as a Clinical Team Co-ordinator with the Skegness Recovery Team, where his role is to drive up clinical standards, support staff in providing care, and develop local service to meet the needs of service users.
David’s nursing interests and expertise lie in mental health, community based services, addictions, young people’s (13-25) health and social care, along with monitoring care standards and student education.
