Gaynor has been a registered nurse for 30 years and during that time has seen considerable changes in health care. She is a lead steward as well as working in the clinical setting of accident and emergency.
She has previously served on both RCN Council and Welsh Board. She is a member of the trust board of her own organisation and recognises how political, economical and social issues all play a vital role in decision making processes.
