Sue is an Access Sister in Wolverhampton having been a district nurse for 22 years. She became a state enrolled nurse in 1975 and then a registered general nurse in 1991. Her areas of expertise are in practice nursing and wound care. She is an RCN steward and has previously been the chair of the RCN Wolverhampton Branch, secretary and lead steward.

She has a daughter and two cats and enjoys music, gardening, theatre, reading and swimming.
