Awarding excellence and dedication
The RCN Awards of Merit and Fellowships are prestigious awards presented to people who have shown exceptional contributions to the RCN and for pioneering work in nursing. If you know someone who has made an exceptional contribution either to the advancement of nursing and/or health care or to the work of the RCN, please read through the nomination guidelines and submit the nomination form.

Nominations for these awards are open all year round. However, to submit your nomination for consideration at the next RCN Awards Panel meeting, please return the form by 23 January 2014.
The nominator and three supporters will each have to submit a testimonial, or supporting statement, to accompany the nomination. Download our How to write a successful supporting statement presentation (PDF 105KB) for helpful information.
