Leading for Quality Care

Leading for Quality Care (LQC) is a leadership and management development programme that aims to develop health and social care practitioners to meet the challenges of a changing workforce and health care system.

Participants will be encouraged to:

  • think about and challenge current ways of working
  • learn with and from others
  • share experiences and ideas
  • apply learning to their workplace ensuring improved quality of care.

Our team of experienced facilitators all have clinical backgrounds, and will help participants to maximise their personal leadership and management qualities. The programme encourages participants to recognise the key role they play in shaping and delivering health services to ensure continuous quality improvement in a changing environment.

We want to invest in the leaders of today to ensure they are our leaders of tomorrow.
