Programme outline

Leading for quality care is delivered in three modules over nine months. The programme includes five workshops and five action learning sets. Action learning sets are proactive group meetings that focus on key elements of the programme. This approach enables participants to gain insight into self and others, and apply this learning to the practical realities of their role.

There will also be two equivalent days contact using blended learning techniques, this will include 360-degree feedback, a series of webinars and teleconference group support.
