Clinical leadership

The RCN Clinical Leadership Programme is a twelve-month programme of learning which aims to develop transformational leadership behaviours in its participants. The programmes are run in local areas, by local facilitators who have attended the Facilitator Development Programme (FDP). The RCN supports local facilitators through regular Facilitator Development Days (FDDs).
