Learning representatives

RCN learning representatives attend a three-day course providing
the knowledge and skill to offer learning support and guidance to
colleagues.

The training covers:

  • promoting the value of learning
  • analysing learning and training needs
  • providing information and advice
  • arranging and supporting learning
