Professional issues
The RCN is the largest professional organisation for nurses in Scotland, and across the UK. Our professional team, including RCN activists, Board members and staff, continues to ensure all our members are supported throughout their development as nursing professionals.
With the establishment of the four professional divisions on the RCN Scotland Board, professional issues have been put at the top of the RCN agenda.
We encourage all members to take advantage of the free membership of three RCN forums and to get involved in our policy development and consultation work. We want to get it right for you - for nursing - so you can get it right for patients.
