RCN Professional Practice Wales
The RCN Professional Practice Wales sees lifelong learning and continuing professional development as integral to the practice of nursing.
We provide a range of learning and practice development opportunities for nurses working both within the NHS and the independent sector. We also hold regular study days, events and conferences. More information on these is available in Events.
Leadership programmes
A number of leadership programmes are run by the RCN, including a clinical leadership programme and a positive influencing skills workshop. Further details on these are available in Nursing practice issues.
