Positive Influencing Skills Workshop
The RCN Wales Positive Influencing Skills Workshop is designed to help nurses operate as effective influencers in the political world. This pioneering programme equips nurses with the skills to become political leaders in the workplace and at a regional or national level. The programme is usually organised as a two-day course with follow up work.
The Welsh Assembly Government has commissioned RCN Wales to deliver a similar Positive Influencing Skills Workshop to key groups of nurses in NHS Wales, including directors and deputy directors of nursing. Clinical Leadership Programme.
The RCN Clinical Leadership Programme is patient centred, practical, needs-led and aims to assist healthcare practitioners develop patient centred leadership strategies. More on this course is available in the Nursing practice issues section of this site.
