Do you have something positive to SHOUT about?

SHOUT is a new initiative from RCN Wales which aims to help us improve our service to you as members by learning from what we do well and applying it to the other areas of our work.

So why not SHOUT about it? Let us know where we have exceeded your expectations. Tell us when a member of staff or representative has helped you or when a learning or lobbying event has been good.

You can SHOUT about it by emailing georgina.weeks@rcn.org.uk and adding SHOUT to the title of your email. Alternatively you can SHOUT about it by popping your comments into one of the 2 RCN Wales SHOUT boxes which are located in Ty Maeth and Ty Tirion.

So SHOUT about it and let everyone know why it is good to be a member of the RCN in Wales.
