My fairly recent promotion to Team Leader of the Corporate Support Team has been a wonderful learning curve.

I’m now responsible for four staff and the successful organisation of all Northern Ireland’s events. I really enjoy the interaction I have with colleagues and RCN members and every day brings new and different challenges which I thrive on.

I feel all staff here must understand the importance of customer care. Everyone who works in the RCN has interaction with customers of some description, whether they are members, colleagues, managers or suppliers; therefore it is essential to be able to provide high quality customer service.
