Working as a legal officer, it is hugely rewarding to assist our members through highly stressful times.
We offer them practical assistance and make a real difference in helping them protect their livelihoods and vocations.
I have personally benefitted from the RCN’s flexible working approach, and have been able to work part-time throughout my time here with no sense of being deemed a less valuable member of staff.
To work here you need to feel a sense of responsibility for the fact that our members are paying a membership subscription out of their hard earned wages, and they deserve an excellent service from us in return.
