Welcome to the RCN Children and Young People: Continuing and Community Care Forum community. This forum supports those members working with children and young people with acute, long term and palliative health care needs and disability within community settings.
The RCN, in partnership with the Association of British Paediatric Nurses http://www.abpn.org.uk/ , has produced this film to raise awareness surrounding the palliative care work undertaken by nurses in hospice and community settings.
The film follows a day in the life of Bernadette O'Gorman, a Children's Community Matron in London.
