Teenage pregnancy briefing

A briefing to help all nursing staff who may come in contact with teenagers who are pregnant is now available.

The document has been developed by the Teenage Pregnancy Independent Advisory Group and is backed by the RCN.

It covers how the work of nursing staff can change a young person's life, the importance if keeping a focus on teenage pregnancy, and what nursing staff can do. There are also some additional points for midwives.
