Current activities
- Continued involvement in joint CYPCNC/CCLG project, including palliative care group and supportive care group.
Ongoing Activities
- Promote and contribute to the annual SIOP conference
- Participate in the bi annual international haematology oncology update meeting (IPHOUM)
- Promotion of the CYPCNC/CCLG Good Ideas group and encouragement of members to submit ideas
- Continued involvement in joint CYPCNC/CCLG projects
- Take forward projects that have been highlighted by the CYPCNC membership ensuring representation from the CCLG centres and other professionals as necessary
Past activities
- Promoted and contributed to SIOP conference.
- Participated in the multidisciplinary oncology and haematology update meeting.
- Contributed to research project funded by CLIC looking at the needs of familes of children and young people with cancer.
- Development of CYPCNC/CCLG Good Ideas group.
Planned activities

- Publication of the core curriculum for the education and assessment of healthcare professionals in the safe administering of chemotherapy to children.
- To look at the continuing development of nursing roles within the specialty, with work on the development of long-term follow-up services.
- Lobbying with CCLG, NACCPO and charity partners for recognition of the CCLG network.
- Conference for teenage cancer patients organised by TCTMDF.
