This conference will offer opportunities for educators of nurses globally to come together to share education excellence, evidence and experience, including views from clinical and academic staff and students as well as users and carers within services.

ENTER 2012 is a high-profile nurse education and research conference run in collaboration among the Universities of Stirling, Dundee, Edinburgh Napier, Glasgow Caledonian, Robert Gordon and the West of Scotland.  Keynote speakers will be Ros Moore, Chief Nursing Officer for Scotland and Prof Brian Webster, Chair of SHANAHP.
 
ENTER 2012  is a forum for Nurse Educators, Nurse Researchers, Students and Clinical Practitioners interested in or involved with teaching, research and/or the support of student learning to get together.  It aims to:
• Showcase the range of nursing educational developments and research being conducted across Scotland;
• Discuss how educators and practitioners best integrate educational developments and research into practice.
 
The conference takes place on Wednesday 28 November 2012 and is being hosted at the University of Stirling’s Stirling Campus. 
 
We are now delighted to confirm that RCN Scotland will be sponsoring the awards for best student posters (Undergraduate and Postgraduate students).
 
ENTER 2012 offers you the opportunity to participate by submitting a proposal to present a session on your educational development and education research work.  This should relate to one of these four themes:
 
• Interprofessional and Interdisciplinary working and learning together
• Transition and Translation
• Practice Learning
• Pedagogical approaches to Nurse Education
 
and/or by submitting a poster to the conference poster competition.  Shortlisted posters will be showcased at the conference lunch.
