ECA: working for you
The RCN's Emergency Care Association is the voice of emergency care nurses in the UK. The nationally elected steering committee works and lobbies hard to ensure that issues which affect emergency care nurses are heard at all levels. This happens in a variety of arenas locally, nationally and internationally.
The committee are involved in regular Department of Health emergency care meetings, formally respond to consultations, meet with the key political parties, represent emergency care views in the media and ensure that the RCN understand issues which are important to the emergency care fraternity.
