Janet Youd

Janet Youd is a nurse consultant in emergency care at the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust.  With expertise both as an advanced practitioner and as a paediatric nurse, she helps to provide additional direction to the committee. She has a wealth of expertise in service development and delivery of projects in emergency care and collaborative work across the health economy.

Helen Watts

Helen Watts is a senior nurse in a minor injuries unit. She helps to reflect the increasing need to have representation from other urgent care providers. We welcome her expertise and perspective to the group.  She has been involved in leading clinical practice and transforming and promoting minor injury provision to reduced A&E admissions.  Her work involves representation across the health economy to allow minor injury units a stronger place in urgent care.
