NICE guidelines
NICE issues guidance to the NHS in England and Wales on the promotion of good health and the prevention and treatment of ill health. You can see all existing NICE guidelines including completed guidance and those in development on the NICE website.

Includes patients in the emergency department being admitted to hospital and those being moved between departments, but not in critical care areas (intensive care or high dependency) or in the final stages of a terminal illness.
