Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) guidelines
Part of NHS Quality Improvement Scotland, SIGN develops national clinical guidelines for Scotland and disseminates them via a network of guideline distribution co-ordinators in each NHS Board.
The SIGN website has a programme of 113 evidence-based clinical guidelines covering a wide range of topics published, in development or under review.
