NHS Employers, part of the NHS Confederation, aims to help employers improve the working lives of staff who work in the NHS and, through them, to provide better care for patients. NHS Leadership Centre
The NHS Leadership Centre was established in April 2001 to promote leadership development across the service. As an integral part of the NHS Modernisation Agency, it develops and delivers programmes and products to help ensure the highest standards of leadership at all levels within the NHS, from front line staff to those in the most senior roles.
RCN Research & Development Co-ordinating Centre
