Tools you can't be without

The RCN-accredited Competency Framework for MS Specialist Services, which includes an interactive training guide, is available from the Multiple Sclerosis Trust’s website.The framework is used as a benchmark in a number of countries, such as Australia. Due for re-accreditation in 2013, this will include a new competence for oral disease modifying therapy in multiple sclerosis.

Anyone who cares for people with multiple sclerosis should ensure they have a copy of the framework and accompanying free online training tool.
