Older people's nursing: Current challenges and future potentials
This is a participative event which will address the current challenges in older people's health and social care across all settings around the UK and offer solutions.
It will showcase innovative initiatives including:
- strategies addressing emerging agendas
- schemes promoting multi-professional collaboration and working across service interfaces
- developments in evidence-based nursing practice
- new approaches to workforce planning
Closing date for abstract submissions: Friday 21st October 2011.
Earlybird registration closes: Tuesday 7th February 2012.
