Macular Disease Society Survery 2013

The Macular Disease Society is a national charity dedicated to the support of people with all forms of macular disease, the most common being age-related macular degeneration.  

They are launching a professional membership scheme in 2013 and would like to know what eye care professionals would value from such a scheme. They would be very grateful if you could spare a few moments to complete this short survey.

Orthoptists signing up to this new membership scheme will receive a welcome pack (contents still to be finalised) which will include samples of the most popular patient information, materials to support them in their role, streamlined, priority ordering for further supplies of free patient information, a copy of Digest, annual research and good practice journal, a regular newsletter keeping professionals informed of the latest developments in the field.
