Travel health nursing competences updated

The RCN Public Health Forum has updated its guidance for nurses working in travel health medicine, which was first published in 2007. Several new areas have been added, including an overview of the development of travel medicine services in the UK. Nursing staff should be aware of their level of competence and match it to the competence framework contained within the document.
