Smoking Cessation Resources

Information and advice on stopping smoking is available on the 'The Tackling Tobacco Network' works with local authorities and 'Health and Well Being Boards' across England to support them and promote the importance of implementing comprehensive local tobacco control programmes which will achieve improvements in public health.

There are some new resources to support initiatives to reduce smoking available on the tackling tobacco network website.

It is possible to set up a login to the ‘Resources and Download’ section which has recently been endorsed by the RCN. You will need to request access by sending an email to info@tacklingtobacco.net with your details.

To launch this section of the web site all Directors of Public Health across the country have been written to advise them of the resource..
