6th Summer School on the Social Determinants of Health (8-12 July 2013)

Applications are now open for the five-day Summer School on the Social Determinants of Health, organised by the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at UCL.

The non-residential summer school is designed for two types of participants:

• those who already work in the field of public health and want to refresh their knowledge of population health with a focus on social determinants
• those who are considering a career in public health or related research such as social epidemiology and health policy (national and global).

The course is multi-disciplinary and covers a wider range of topics. The programme will be presented by experts in the field through lectures, workshops, and group discussions.
