It will explore the biophysical, psychosocial and cultural aspects of care provided for women with a gynaecological or related condition.  Gynaecological nursing is a distinct area of nursing that is developing and covers emergencies, pregnancy loss and medical and surgical care, with many areas for specialist and advanced nursing practice to meet the changing health care needs of women.
