Vancouver considers introducing supervised crack smoking areas

Health officials in Vancouver are debating whether to have special rooms to allow crack addicts to smoke the drug safely after a study found they had an increased risk of contracting HIV.  The city is the only one in North America to have such facilities for heroin addicts so that they can inject safely.
