Paediatric Standards and Benchmarking Group
The group was re-established in 2004.
Purpose
To identify the key principles relating to paediatric standards and benchmarking and to promote a proactive collaborative approach to these across the UK.
Aims
- To raise awareness and understanding in relation to standards and benchmarking within children's and young people's nursing from neonates to transition to adult services.
- To map existing standards and benchmarking activities, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- To promote a comprehensive framework of evidence-based practice.
