CYP advisory panel strategies
The RCN’s mission is to represent nurses and nursing, promote excellence in practice and shape health policy. The CYP advisory panel, in consultation with members, has developed a number of strategies and projects that will drive forward Council and advisory panel priorities in practice development, management, education, research and policy relating to nursing and health care of children and young people.
Overarching threads through all strategies and projects:

- Diversity
- Integrated working
- Collaboration, not duplication.
