This publication will help members prepare for, and make the most of, their first personal development review. This guidance explains how to shape a portfolio of evidence to document practice and professional development, and to help staff and managers identify learning and development needs. It details the sort of evidence portfolios should contain, and how the evidence should be recorded and presented. The guidance concludes with examples of evidence that may be used for core dimensions of the Knowledge and Skills Framework.
