Fiona Smith responds to looked after children consulation

Fiona Smith, RCN Children and Young People's Adviser, has responded to the Promoting the Health and Wellbeing of Looked After Children - revised statutory guidance consultation document.

This guidance document will replace the existing Promoting the Health of Looked After Children guidance published in 2002. The consultation will close on 3 August 2009.
