How to share the learning

An article entitled 'How to share the learning' has been published in the recent 30th September 2009 Volume 24 No. 4 edition of Nursing Standard.

The article promotes the role of the learning representative and highlights how they benefit not only themselves but their workplaces as well. The article includes a case study of RCN learning representative, Belinda Smith.
