Learning & development opportunities for other learners

Have you signposted a learner onto a great course?

We would love to show case studies featuring learners telling us about courses, programmes or support they have accessed. By gathering these stories we can build up a great resource for you to tap into and share with your learners.

An introduction to health and social care

Sexual Health Skills

Laura Gull, a staff nurse working in the Genito-Urinary Medicine department at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey, is undertaking the Sexual Health Skills course via distance learning through the University of Greenwich.

Laura says: "The course is fab! It has helped me develop my knowledge and improve my practice. Many of my fellow students who are from different backgrounds and specialities say the same. Unfortunately in many situations we put sexual health issues and needs on the back burner, but it affects everyone. That is why I believe this course will be useful for all nurses."

If you would like more information, you can contact the University of Greenwich directly:
