RCN Council Members
In 2011, RCN members voted to establish two "health practitioner" seats on RCN Council for the very first time. These seats represent the RCN's health care assistant (HCA) and assistant practitioner (AP) members at the top level of the RCN. The first two health practitioner members of RCN Council are Brenda McIlmurray and David Cardwell, who took up their positions at the RCN Annual General Meeting on 17 October 2012.
