HCA and AP webinars for 2012

For 2012 the HCA and AP team will be hosting a series of webinars on topics that are relevant to you. 
 
A webinar is a web seminar – a presentation or workshop that is transmitted over the web. All participants need is a quiet room with a computer, internet access and a phone line. Participants can then view a presentation or resources online and join in with discussions. Participants will not be charged for the phone call.
 
We think this is a great way of providing you with a learning opportunity without any cost to you. We are really keen to find out what topics you would like to see on the programme. We could run sessions on accountability and delegation, record keeping, how to use the RCN e-library and first steps for HCAs.
