Nominate Macmillan professionals you work with for Macmillan Professionals Excellence Awards
Do you want to recognise a Macmillan health and social care professional for their exceptional contribution to cancer services? Nominate them for a Macmillan Professionals Excellence Award by 30 April 2013.
Exceptional effort deserves all our appreciation. That’s why we’re looking for Macmillan professionals who have made a positive impact on the lives of people affected by cancer through exceptional leadership, and within their sphere of practice, whatever their level or role.
The award winners will receive widespread recognition for their work among their peers, employers and the wider health and social care community, as well as the public. The award will also highlight the service they work in nationally, as an example of good practice.
Up to three individual award winners will be granted Macmillan fellowship, giving each fellow access to a £10,000 professional development grant. And we’ll award Henry Garnett certificates to those promoting and supporting Macmillan outside their core role.
So if you know of anyone inspirational whose work should be recognised, nominate them at www.macmillan.org.uk/professionalsawards
