How to order printed materials

All the resources below can be ordered from RCN Direct by quoting the publication code which is given in brackets after the name of the publication or resource. You can either email RCN Direct: rcndpublications@rcn.org.uk or telephone: 0345 772 6100 and selection the publications option, Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. In the email or phone call, please quote:

• your name and membership number
• the publication code and the title of the publication
• the quantity you require
• the full postal address the items are to be sent to
• the date you require the items 
• any special instructions for how the boxes should be labelled, if appropriate.

Please allow two working weeks for your order to be processed.

Membership recruitment resources

The RCN produces a number of resources to help recruit and retain HCA and AP members. If you're holding an event to recruit members or promote the RCN, these resources will assist you. Alternatively, you can order copies for colleagues in your workplace who are interested in joining the RCN.
