Summary
The aim of the lectures is to provide health care practitioners with the information to equip them with the necessary skills to deliver CVD advice to patients who either need general diet and lifestyle advice, or who may need to make changes to their diet and lifestyle to reduce their risk of CVD.
The lecture set consists of four presentations:
- diet and lifestyle
- dietary fats
- healthy heart considerations
- plant sterols.
The four presentations have been collated into one lecture set which can be downloaded from the Flora pro.activ health care professional website. Visit www.flora-professional.co.uk.
