Summary
This course has been developed in collaboration with NHS Bradford and Airedale. On completion, the learner will be able to understand the risks of urinary catheterisation and the indications for catheterisation. They will be able to undertake assessments for individuals requiring catheterisation, understand the legal issues surrounding the procedure, and implement infection prevention. This is an interactive and engaging course including formative assessments, complemented by an online summative assessment and certificate of completion.
