Photographic copying
We can provide standard photocopies or scanned images. Scanned images can be printed out on photographic paper up to A4 size at a cost of £1.00 each (minimum order £5.00) or emailed at a cost of £5.00 for 6 images.
Publication reproduction fees
- Book interior (UK rights or one language rights included) – £50.00 (per print)
- Book interior (World rights included) – £75.00 (per print)
Fees for UK/one language rights
- Book cover – £100.00 (per print). World rights – £150.00
- Academic publication £50.00 (per print). World rights – £75.00
- Film/TV commercial use £30.00 (per print). World rights – £45.00
- Film/TV educational use £25.00 (per print). World rights – £37.50
- Non-academic Journal £30.00 (per print). World rights – £45.00
- Academic Journal £20.00 (per print). World rights – £30.00
For journal covers add £10.00 to total price.
When reproduction fees fall into two categories only the higher fee will be charged. These are one off costs. All copyright and reproduction permissions are reserved by RCN Archives. Any images reproduced must declare "Copyright" or "Courtesy of Royal College of Nursing Archives".
